Air Fresheners

Have you ever been in a bathroom that has one of those automatic air freshener dispensers? Do you know what I'm talking about? They just hang on the wall and shoot out some air freshener every once in a while. Well I swear that lately everytime I walk into a bathroom that has one of those, it immediately shoots out air freshener. I think it must be some sort of sign. It's making me a little paranoid. Maybe monthly showers aren't quite enough... ;)

Fun, Fun, Fun!

Everyone be jealous because we are going to a Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband concert this weekend! I am super excited. I have seen them twice before and loved them. Can't wait for time number 3.

Here We Go Again

Well, school has begun again. We are only 4 days into it, and I am already getting ready for a break. Good thing it's Labor Day this weekend! :)

Trip to St. George Before School

Patrick and I decided we needed a little vacation before school started again, but we don't have much money. So, we decided to go on a little vacation to St. George and stay in my family's condo. We were so lucky that the condo was available the week Patrick had work off! It worked out perfectly.

Patrick likes to call this vacation HM2 (Honeymoon 2) because, essentially, we did the same things we did on our honeymoon. It was loads of fun though! It was nice to just get away together, celebrate our 1 year anniversary, and have a little break before school.

Our adventures included Fiesta Fun, St. George Temple, picnic in a park, Zion National Park, shopping, movies, swimming, shuffle board, games, and dinner with the old folk (for our anniversary we went to dinner at a country club...it was delicious and actually pretty reasonably priced, but we were definitely misfits--the only people under 50!)

Lighten Up!

So, it's been a long while since I've posted. Sorry! I just haven't really known what to say. Summer has been good and summer-y. We are going on vacation next week to St. George (the perfect vacation for poor people like us) and we can't wait! We have been counting down the days. We need a little break from work. I'm sure you'll hear more about it soon.

Patrick is taking the GRE as we speak. He is doing great I'm sure! Go babe go.

Lastly, I have had quite a few comments lately about the seriousness of posts on my blog. I'm not sure why...I don't really feel like I only post serious things, but I guess everyone else does. So, I apologize. I'll try and lighten up a bit!!! :)
