Computers...

Sometimes computers make me crazy. Every job I have requires me to constantly sit in front of a computer, most of my homework has to be done on the computer, and then stupid me chooses to spend some of my free time on the computer. Good thing it's almost the weekend...that means a small break from computers!

State Fair

For our date yesterday, Patrick and I went to the state fair. I had never been to the state fair before, so Patrick wanted me to experience it. It was fun. We spent our time looking at the animals, admiring the art exhibits, and eating a deep-fried snickers. Weird I know. Patrick wanted to try it sooo bad. So we got one, and it was honestly pretty good. They had other crazy deep-fried options like oreos, cheesecake, and twinkies. Who thinks of these things!?

The Pigs. Definitely not my favorite part. Pigs gross me out. The little ones are cute though.


The biggest, nicest cow ever. Over 3,000 pounds. Everyone loved him.

One of my favorite things my husband has done lately...

The other night we were sitting in the living room doing homework. He was trying to read a chapter from one of his textbooks. We had some classical music on. All of the sudden I look over and he's plugging his ears while reading with a distressed look on his face--it doesn't really look like he's able to concentrate with the music on. So I say, "Would you like me to turn the music off?" and he says, "No. Classical music makes me smarter."
